Definitions and Scope

To ensure smooth collaboration, we disclose the key terms and conditions for using our fleet management software. These notes supplement the General Terms and Conditions and apply to all contracts, offers, and system access.

Fleet ManagementCovers the centralized administration of all commercial vehicles – from master data maintenance to operational history and cost overview. The software maps the entire lifecycle of a vehicle, from commissioning to decommissioning.

Telematics DataRefers to information captured via GPS and vehicle sensors, such as position, speed, engine runtime, or fuel consumption. This data is used exclusively to optimize your fleet processes and is not shared with third parties.

Route OptimizationThe automatic calculation of the most efficient driving routes, taking into account traffic conditions, delivery windows, toll costs, and vehicle type. Optimization is based on current telematics data and can be manually adjusted by the dispatcher.

Deployment PlanningThe time-based and resource-related allocation of vehicles and drivers to orders. Driving and rest times, maintenance intervals, and driver qualifications are taken into account. Planning can be carried out fully automatically or in assistance mode.

Maintenance CyclesThe proactive planning of inspections and repairs based on mileage, operating hours, and diagnostic data. The system reminds you in good time of upcoming maintenance and documents all performed work without gaps.

AvailabilityThe platform's system availability averages 99.5 percent per year. Maintenance windows are announced at least 48 hours in advance. A stable internet connection is required for use; responsibility for your own infrastructure lies with the customer.

Features that measurably improve your fleet operations

Each module is designed for a specific operational benefit – from reducing fuel costs to extending vehicle lifespan.

Frequently Asked Questions about Fleet Management

Answers on telematics, route optimization, and deployment planning – concise and without jargon.

What data does a telematics system provide for my fleet?

A telematics system captures position, speed, engine running times, fuel consumption, and driver behavior in real time. Additionally, maintenance intervals and fault codes from the vehicle's onboard network are transmitted. This data can be filtered in the dashboard by vehicle, driver, or time period and used as a basis for savings.

How does route optimization help with international transports?

Optimization considers not only the shortest route but also toll costs, border waiting times, delivery windows, and driving time regulations. This reduces empty kilometers and increases punctuality. In the event of traffic jams or closures, the system automatically suggests alternative routes without the dispatcher having to intervene manually.

How does automated deployment planning work?

Planning assigns orders based on vehicle availability, driver competencies, maintenance windows, and statutory rest periods. The system compares all parameters in seconds and creates a proposal that the dispatcher can approve or adjust. In the event of short-term changes, the plan is recalculated and the team is informed via app.

What prerequisites does my company need for implementation?

You need vehicles with an OBD interface or GPS hardware as well as a stable mobile connection. The software runs as a cloud solution, so no own server infrastructure is required. Setup typically takes a few weeks – including training for dispatchers and drivers.

How does the software optimize maintenance cycles?

The software records operating hours, mileage, and engine load and calculates the ideal maintenance time from this. Instead of fixed intervals, maintenance is linked to the actual condition of the vehicle. This allows workshop visits to be planned and breakdowns to be avoided without components being replaced unnecessarily early.

How long does implementation take and what does it cost?

Implementation includes hardware installation, system configuration, and employee training. Depending on fleet size, this takes between two and six weeks. Costs depend on the number of vehicles and the selected scope of functions – we create an individual quote after a brief needs analysis.
