These terms govern the use of our fleet management platform. Please read the notices carefully before using the software.
Fleet Mobility Systems provides cloud-based software for managing commercial vehicle fleets. This includes GPS telematics, route optimization, deployment planning, and data-driven analytics. The platform is provided as Software-as-a-Service; individual adaptation to company-specific special processes is only possible within the scope of separate agreements.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the vehicle and driver data you provide, as well as for compliance with applicable data protection and driving time regulations. Access credentials must be treated confidentially. The platform may not be used to circumvent legal requirements or harm third parties.
We strive to ensure high availability of the platform, but do not guarantee uninterrupted accessibility. Liability for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss is limited to intent and gross negligence. The analytics provided are intended to support decision-making and do not replace legal or business management advice.
The contract begins with the activation of access and runs for an initial period of twelve months. Thereafter, it automatically renews for additional six-month periods unless terminated in a timely manner. Termination must be submitted in writing via email to info@autotourcanada.com. In the event of serious violations of these terms, access may be suspended with immediate effect.
We may adjust these terms if legal framework conditions or the scope of functionality of the platform change. We will notify you of material changes via email at least four weeks before they take effect. If you do not object within this period, the new terms will be deemed accepted.
Austrian law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For disputes arising in connection with these terms, the court with subject-matter jurisdiction in Salzburg is responsible. Consumers may alternatively contact the competent dispute resolution body.
